1. Executive Summary

This project envisages the performance of one of the largest organised Vedic fire rituals (Yagna / Havan) in modern times, involving 11,111 individual Yagna Kundams. The sacred offerings will utilise 1,11,11,111 cow dung cakes as the primary fuel and 1,11,111 kg of pure cow ghee as the main ahuti (offering).

The yagna is proposed for universal peace (Vishwa Shanti), environmental purification, spiritual upliftment of participants, and collective welfare. The numbers 11,111 and 1,11,11,111 are chosen for their traditional auspicious significance in Sanatan Dharma.

The event will require large-scale logistics, trained Vedic priests, strict fire and environmental safety protocols, and multi-crore funding. This report covers objectives, technical specifications, material requirements, organisation structure, estimated costs, timeline, risks, and expected outcomes.

2. Project Objectives
